Founded in 1998. Reinvented in 2017. Rooted in quality ever since.
New Braunfels Quality Plumbing has served Central Texas for over 25 years. While the tools and building codes have changed, one thing hasn’t — our commitment to showing up, doing things right the first time, and standing behind every job.
In 2017, the company was acquired by its current leadership with a vision to build on that legacy. Today, we focus on complex residential and commercial plumbing projects where quality and reliability aren’t optional — they’re expected.

Meet Brandon & David Hevner
FOUNDERS | TRADESMEN | PROUD TEXANS
Rooted in the Trades. Driven by Purpose.
David and Brandon Hevner were born and raised in Pleasanton, Texas, where they spent their early years working alongside family in farming, ranching, and construction. Those experiences instilled in them a strong work ethic, hands-on skills, and a deep respect for the trades — values that continue to guide their leadership at New Braunfels Quality Plumbing today.
Business-Minded. Trades-Focused.
David earned a degree in Finance from Sam Houston State University, combining his formal education with years of experience in construction and agriculture. His background provides him with a strategic lens for business growth, sustainability, and operations.
Brandon attended Texas A&M University–Kingsville, where he played collegiate baseball and earned a degree in Management and Marketing. His training in athletics and business has shaped his leadership style — one grounded in discipline, effective communication, and team-building.
Together, they’ve built a company that’s as focused on doing great work as it is on honoring the people and principles that shaped them.
Mentorship with Meaning
David and Brandon are passionate about the future of the trades and are active supporters of Comal ISD’s Career & Technical Education (CTE) programs. Through their partnership with the Greater New Braunfels Home Builders Association, they help mentor local students and provide opportunities for real-world jobsite experience — sharing not just knowledge, but the pride and purpose that comes with skilled work.
